Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing time may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Scoop Me Sweet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Because candy can be affected by heat and weather conditions, we are not responsible for melting or temperature-related changes that occur during transit or after delivery. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after it is delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
